We do offer a variety of programs and services to the blind/visually impaired, provide adaptive aids and there is little to no cost involved. It could be so helpful to folks to know this is here in Denver and they DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO GET OUR HELP!
Anchor Center for Blind Children
The mission of Anchor Center for Blind Children is to teach visually impaired infants, young children and their families, providing hope and a nurturing environment where children reach their highest potential.
We are proud to be the largest retail store of blind and low-vision products in the country. Our focus is to improve the lives of people who are blind or low-vision individuals through adaptive technology.
A free service to Coloradans of all ages who are unable to read standard print material due to visual, physical or learning disabilities whether permanent or temporary. CTBL provides recorded, Braille and large-print books and magazines as well as a small collection of descriptive videos.
One of our goals is to make some of the "little things" in life easier to enjoy for our low vision or visually impaired customers.
Challenge Aspen provides recreational, cultural and competitive experiences for people with disabilities. We encourage family and friends to share in these experiences.
